I confess to not knowing any of these books....I've just started to read Labyrinth by Kate Mosse and I think it will be a good one!

I recommend "The Cat Who..." series by Lillian Jackson Braun and "Eat Pray Love" by Liz Gilbert (non-fiction).

Oh, oh! I have a series for you that you might like! The Vicky Bliss mysteries by Elizabeth Peters. She writes those popular Egyptology novels now (which I don't actual care for), but the Vicky Bliss novels are pure romantic suspense. They are older books, but I remember finding them when the first Nancy Atherton books came out and they went nicely together :)
