I took this photo through my window when there was still snow here... today it was in the low 60 degrees F! I find this utterly depressing - January is a time for SNOW here!! This morning I actually saw two robins.
My cats had a great time watching this cardinal. I'm just starting to watch bird behavior, and I noticed that the female and male cardinals never eat at my feeder together! One always stays in the tree, apparently to watch for danger? They are so pretty!

Thanks! Absolutely great cat tv :) this is why they won't watch those catsitter DVDs!! But hey, a real bird is always better than one on DVD!
